    • You can request the deletion of your personal information by contacting our customer service team at hello@lavie.co.nz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
    • Please include your full name, email address, and any relevant order or account information to help us identify your data.
  2. Processing Your Request:
    • Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt within 48 hours and begin the process of deleting your data from our systems.
    • The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the request.
  3. What Data Will Be Deleted:
    • Personal information such as your name, email, address, and any stored payment details will be removed.
    • Purchase history, loyalty points, and communication preferences will also be erased.
    • Please note that certain data may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or security reasons (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
  4. Impact on Your Account:
    • Deleting your data will result in the permanent closure of your account. You will no longer be able to access your purchase history or loyalty points, and any ongoing orders or services will be canceled.
  5. Data Retention:
    • Some non-personal or anonymized data may be retained for internal analysis or legal compliance.
