1. Is the product ready to ship?

Yes, the product is in NZ Stock except marked as “Pre-order”. For small items, delivery typically takes 2-3 days. Delivery to rural areas may take longer. For large or heavy items, delivery to the South Island generally takes 2-3 days, while delivery to the North Island takes 4-5 days. As shipping is handled by third-party services, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Where are you based?

We are a family-owned New Zealand business with a small showroom in Christchurch.

3. Where can try the adjustable bed?

In our showroom in Christchurch, please send an email to schedule an appointment, specifying your preferred date and time.

6. How long it takes for pre-order to arrive?

Pre orders, it will take about 8 weeks to arrive after payment cleared. We’ll email you when it’s ready for despatch.

We accept credit card ( Visa/Mastercard ), bank transfer, cash on pickup, Afterpay will be available soon.
